By analyzing competitors’ strategies, leveraging advanced data visualization tools, and implementing data-driven recommendations, I played a key role in significantly improving key performance metrics.
Maximizing Ad Revenue and Product Profitability
Our organization faced challenges in maximizing ad revenue while reducing customer acquisition costs (CAC). Additionally, there was a need to optimize the product mix to boost the average order value (AOV) for high-margin items. A comprehensive strategy was required to identify opportunities for improvement in both ad performance and product offerings.
